● 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing Automation field (ActiveCampaign)

● Engineering background - thinking in terms of stages, products, and procedures

● Computer Science skills (communicate with different software on API level)

● Email marketing skills (clearly understanding email campaigns)

● Able to understand company business processes, and how CRM logic and other

infrastructure reflect these business processes

● Able to write emails that align with the funnel’s logic

● Able to write emails that will perform well based on basic email metrics

● Able to assign each piece of existing / new content to the appropriate segment

● Capable of balancing early-stage and late-stage content

1. Client Account Management
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's business objectives and industry requirements
• Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions via video calls during PST business hours (11 PM - 3 AM Vietnam time)
• Manage client expectations and communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations effectively in English

2. AI-Enhanced SEO Strategy & Execution
• Lead comprehensive SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy
• Learn and implement AI-assisted SEO strategies using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging AI platforms
• Apply AI tools for content optimization, keyword research automation, and competitive analysis under guidance
• Utilize basic machine learning tools for SEO analytics and trend identification
• Stay curious about AI advancements in SEO and gradually integrate new technologies into client campaigns

3. Complementary Digital Marketing Support
• Content Marketing: Collaborate on SEO-focused content strategies that support broader marketing goals
• Paid Search Integration: Work with PPC teams to align organic and paid search strategies for maximum visibility
• Social Media for SEO: Leverage social media to amplify content reach and support link building efforts
• Email Marketing: Support email campaigns that drive traffic to optimized landing pages
• Conversion Optimization: Optimize SEO landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates
• Learn how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing channels to provide holistic client strategies

4. Technical SEO & Performance Management
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits using AI-enhanced analysis tools
• Collaborate with the tech team to:
• Optimize website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO elements
• Implement schema markup, structured data, and other technical optimizations
• Monitor and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and technical SEO problems
• Set up and manage tracking systems: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific tools
• Track and report on key SEO metrics: organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Support broader digital marketing measurement and attribution modeling

5. Content Strategy & SEO Optimization
• Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies, incorporating AI assistance where appropriate
• Learn to use AI tools for content gap analysis, topic clustering, and semantic keyword research
• Optimize existing content and guide creation of new SEO-focused content for search visibility
• Explore AI-powered content optimization for featured snippets and voice search
• Ensure content strategies align with broader digital marketing initiatives and support overall business goals
• Develop content that serves both SEO objectives and wider marketing funnel requirements

6. Reporting & Analysis
• Create detailed monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports using data visualization tools
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations, gradually incorporating AI-enhanced data analysis
• Monitor competitor SEO strategies and learn to use AI-powered competitive intelligence tools
• Present SEO findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Understand how SEO performance impacts broader digital marketing goals and business objectives
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to provide integrated performance insights
